DR M Strategic Solutions & Universal Enterprises (Pty) Ltd was founded on a simple yet powerful principle: that sustainable transformation requires both strategic vision and practical implementation capability. With over 30 years of leadership experience across business and government sectors, we understand the unique challenges facing organisations in the Free State.

Lesego Tsie

Lesego Tsie

Director: HR & Labour Relations

Lesego Tsie is a Director of DR M Strategic Solutions. She holds a BCom in Human Resource Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law from the University of the Free State, and brings nearly a decade of experience across human resources, legal-practice administration and office management. She trained in HR at Harmony Gold's Bambanani Shaft, working on recruitment, labour planning and disciplinary hearings. She speaks Sesotho, Setswana, English and Afrikaans.
